THE ROLE
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Newman Workshop Team. Working Monday to Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm you will be responsible for:
* Assisting with service bookings, job cards and invoicing
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Communicating and following up with customers and updating schedules
* Processing credit applications
* Maintaining and updating customer accounts
* Uploading documents and images to customer profiles
* General administrative tasks
* Ad hoc assistance in the workshop when required
ABOUT YOU
To be considered you will hold the following:
* Previous experience in an administration role
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail, especially with data entry
* A professional and friendly phone manner
* Ability to work effectively within a small team
* A current Australian Drivers Licence
* Australian work rights
* Be a Newman resident
