* Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, diagnostic assessments, and minor repairs on engines and power generation equipment at customer sites.
* Communicate effectively with customers to understand concerns, explain findings, and outline next steps, ensuring a positive service experience.
* Utilize a range of mechanical and electronic tools to troubleshoot issues and execute service tasks with precision and safety.
* Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including service worksheets, inspection reports, timesheets, and warranty submissions.
* Support the team in maintaining a clean and well-stocked service vehicle to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
* Actively participate in training, mentoring, and upskilling opportunities to expand technical expertise and meet evolving business needs.
