Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and drive results
* Previous experience in a dual format environment including multi-network operations, sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations experience
* Conscious of workplace safety always
* Experience building strong relationships with all customers creating moments that matter
* Solution-focused problem solver
* Sound computer skills
