Our client, a high-growth funded Construction technology company is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to lead pipeline generation and market presence across ANZ, with expansion into Southeast Asia.
What you'll do
* Drive pipeline through events, executive roundtables, and targeted campaigns
* Build strong brand presence across construction, infrastructure & asset management sectors
* Partner closely with sales on enablement, content, and deal progression
* Own the full funnel, from awareness to revenue impact
* Track and optimise performance across pipeline, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
What we're looking for
* 4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with field marketing ownership
* Proven experience driving pipeline (not just running events)
* Strong commercial mindset and comfort in technical industries
* Ability to operate autonomously and manage end-to-end programmes
* Experience with tools like HubSpot & Salesforce
