Key Responsibilities
This position entails coordinating the end-to-end production and rollout of visual merchandising and point of sale assets across a retail network.
* Coordinate the creation and delivery of POS, windows, signage, and VM collateral.
* Support the development of window and in-store concepts aligned to campaign calendars.
* Manage samples, materials, and props as well as VM databases, distribution lists, and allocation records.
* Oversee maintenance requests for visual merchandising and support in-store setups and stakeholder walk-throughs.
* Manage quotations, purchase orders, invoices, budgets, and VM calendars.
* Evaluate whether all VM elements meet safety standards.
* Ensure contractors are certified and report hazards or incidents promptly.
