The Role
The Counter Sales role will see you process phone, email and in-person enquiries and ensure the associated administration and data is accurately recorded. Your excellent customer service skills, natural desire to learn, keen attention to detail and strong initiative will set you up for success in this fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded, industry-leading team.
This role would suit a reliable and committed early career person looking for a long-term opportunity. Plenty of training and support will be provided by a hardworking, supportive, friendly team in this bright and modern office environment.
Duties
* Tend to customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person
* Provide strong customer service throughout all interactions
* Ensure customer order specifications are recorded accurately and provided efficiently
* Maintain current and accurate administration records, interactions, quote, sales and invoicing activities in the company's CRM system
* Help other members of the team on an as-needs basis
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a customer service and basic sales administration may be advantageous
* Intermediate computer skills will be advantageous
* Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must
* Demonstrated reliability and attendance at work
* Ability to work 7am to 4-15pm weekdays (ordinary hours) and some rotating Saturdays 6:30-10:30 (OT)
* Must maintain a current Australian driver's licence and have a reliable vehicle
