In the role of **Retirement Living Sales Lead**, you will take ownership of unit sales across our retirement villages, leading the end‐to‐end sales process for incoming residents. You will guide prospective residents and their families through a thoughtful, transparent and supportive sales journey, ensuring a seamless transition into the Mercy Health retirement living community.**In this role you will:*** Lead the delivery and ongoing refinement of the Mercy Health Seniors Living value proposition across the portfolio* Build, maintain and strategically grow high‐value relationships with Seniors Living residents, prospective customers, families and key representatives* Own and drive unit sales performance and marketing outcomes, ensuring delivery against agreed commercial targets and KPIs* Oversee unit refurbishments, ensuring seamless coordination and on‐time delivery aligned to settlement and sales timeframes* Prepare Village Contracts, Disclosure Documents and Fact Sheets, ensuring accuracy, compliance and customer clarity* Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, proactively supporting the achievement and maintenance of accreditation across the portfolio* Contribute to Seniors Living development projects, providing sales, market insight and customer‐centric perspectives* Partner with Village Managers and Service Managers to foster high‐performing villages built on transparent communication, strong relationships and operational excellence* Champion an end‐to‐end, premium customer experience, ensuring residents and clients experience a seamless, positive journey throughout their engagement with the broader Mercy Health community**What you’ll bring:**You're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
