Enterprise Service Management Solutions Architect Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise service management or a related field.
Main responsibilities include designing, managing ESM projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, with broad experience across different ICT disciplines.
A strong knowledge of enterprise service management platforms (e.g., BMC Remedy, Atlassian Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Cherwell, and/or similar) and related technologies is required.
The ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions is essential.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
A proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
An undergraduate degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Relevant certifications in ESM platforms are highly recommended.
Familiarity with data models such as configuration management databases (CMDBs), and experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and version control systems like Git (GitLab).
Experience working in operational environments within ICT management frameworks such as ITIL.
