T-Level Placement Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated team member to join us as a T-Level Placement Coordinator and support pupils and students in their transition to employment and further study.
Responsibilities
* Manage day‐to‐day duties, ensuring smooth operation of student placement programmes.
* Actively collaborate with colleagues, students and external stakeholders to provide an inclusive and supportive environment.
* Assist students in matching suitable placement opportunities, monitoring progress and ensuring all quality criteria are met.
* Provide responsive and professional customer service at all times.
* Maintain accurate records and reports related to placements, using IT/ICT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Adapt to evolving team and student needs, keeping tasks focused and on schedule.

* Ability to meet and/or exceed targets.
* Effective written, verbal and active listening communication with a diverse range of colleagues, students and stakeholders.
* Proficient use of IT/ICT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Strong multi‐tasking ability with priority setting, ensuring deadlines are met.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Professional, responsive customer service mindset.
Education
* English and maths GCSE grade C/4 or above, or willingness to obtain an equivalent skill level.
