Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with psychological or physical injuries. You will conduct vocational assessments, complete reports, and provide vocational counseling to help clients return to work. You will also communicate with medical professionals, document case notes, and facilitate safe and timely graduated returns to work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Requirements:
* 4th year Psychology Graduate or Full membership with ASORC as a Rehabilitation Counsellor (Graduates with an honours degree in Psychology are eligible)
* Valid Driver's License
* Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement
* Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
