Commercial Assessing Coordinator

This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and gain exposure across key operational areas.

As a Commercial Assessing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in getting our customers back on the road, ensuring operational efficiency while supporting internal stakeholders and customers directly.

* Assessing & Towing Coordination: Support the assessment triage process, allocate assessments based on complexity, customer needs, location, and expertise, coordinate and oversee towing operations, negotiate and manage towing and storage costs.
* Claims Cost Management: Ensure accurate reserving and use of cost-effective fulfilment methods and suppliers, negotiate settlements and identify suspected fraudulent claims, potential recoveries, and salvage opportunities.
* Customer Service & Relationship Management: Manage inbound and outbound customer, supplier, and broker calls relating to commercial motor claims, keep customers, intermediaries, and stakeholders informed of claim progress, prepare correspondence, manage issues and complaints, and maintain a proactive customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
