Contract Administration Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Subcontractor Management: Review and negotiate subcontractor claims, and manage project expenditure.
* Progress Claim Assistance: Assist with external variations and claim assistance to ensure smooth project progression.
* Contract Review and Negotiation: Review and finalize subcontracts to protect our interests.
* Financial Management: Manage and track project expenditure, including subcontractor claims.
* Administrative Support: Administer RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants, and manage the project HSE system.
Requirements:
* Experience: 5-10 years of contract administration experience, with direct experience working with a commercial construction head contractor.
* Skills: Proficiency in Cheops essential, strong communication skills, and experience working in a team environment.
* Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or relevant tertiary qualification.
