An opportunity to work directly alongside a high-performing Director within a boutique, independent real estate agency focused on high-level, personalised service.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be closely mentored and involved across all aspects of the real estate sales process. You’ll be actively prospecting for new business, servicing buyers, and managing campaigns across listings.
The Director you’ll be working directly with has progressed from associate to business owner within 8 years, and this role is built around passing that knowledge on with a clear pathway forward.
The role includes but not limited to :
- Prospecting and database growth
- Buyer management and follow up
- Campaign management and execution
- Assisting with negotiations and transactions
- General support across active listings
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 6 months experience in real estate
- Is hardworking, resilient and reliable
- Has a strong eagerness to learn and improve
- Wants long-term progression in the industry
