We are currently seeking a Contract Sales Representative – Service Support to join our team and drive growth through strategic contract renewals and warranty conversions. Location: Macquarie, Sydney NSW
Reports To: Team Leader, Service Support
Position: Permanent Full Time, Hybrid


What Will You Do?

Your Impact: As a Contract Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our Service Operations team by:

* Serve as a knowledgeable resource on contract terms, service options, and product capabilities.
* Review expired agreements and assess upsell and continued business opportunities.
* Engage with customers to maximize renewal value and tailor service agreements to their needs.
* Collaborate with field service technicians, sales teams, and service managers to align on customer strategy.
* Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, manage follow-ups, and handle objections effectively.
* Escalate complex issues to field leadership and coordinate service resources to ensure closure.
* Track and analyze lost opportunities to improve future performance.
* Analyze expiring contracts for pricing, coverage, and upsell potential.
* Develop customized proposals that highlight the benefits of STERIS service offerings.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers to support long-term retention.
* Monitor and manage pipeline progress, ensuring timely movement through sales stages.
* Position STERIS service agreements as value-driven solutions for customers.
* Ensure a seamless customer experience through proactive communication and support.


Expertise

* Minimum 2 years' experience in business, customer service, or sales—preferably with contracts.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems and Oracle/Siebel preferred.
* Bachelor's degree strongly preferred (or equivalent experience).
