Senior Electrical Technician Position

The key responsibilities of this senior electrical technician position include:
Main Responsibilities
1. Generator Servicing: Service generators ranging from 20kVA to 500kVA, including Caterpillar and Denyo models.
2. Welding Equipment Calibration: Calibrate mains-powered and engine-driven welding machines to ensure optimal performance.
3. Mobile Inspections: Conduct on-site inspections for clients using advanced electronic systems.
4. Workshop Diagnostics: Use tools such as graphical meters, VRD testing equipment, and predictive devices to diagnose potential issues.
5. Service Reporting: Prepare accurate service reports to ensure compliance and provide client insights.
6. Technical Support: Offer technical advice and solutions for clients' equipment maintenance and usage needs.
Leadership Duties
1. Team Management: Manage and motivate workshop staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
2. Quality Control: Oversee work completed in the workshop to ensure it meets safety and quality standards.
3. Training and Development: Provide training and upskilling opportunities for team members to enhance their technical abilities.
4. Health & Safety: Promote a strong safety culture within the workshop, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
