We are seeking an accomplished Senior Contract Specialist to contribute to the success of our team in Australia.


Key Responsibilities

* Cultivate effective relationships with customers and serve as a primary point of contact for matters related to payment claims, attribution, variations, defects, and reporting.
* Establish and maintain streamlined systems and processes for subcontract management.
* Drive compliance with contractual obligations and ensure performance-based contract administration plans are developed and implemented.
* Prepare thorough progress and performance reports, identify areas for improvement, and manage supplier deliverables.
* Foster continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities for streamlining operations and increasing efficiency.
* Lead by example, inspiring collaboration and the achievement of shared goals with the team.
* Maintain adherence to company policies while upholding high standards of workplace safety, inclusivity, and quality.
* Communicate effectively across teams to achieve objectives.


About You

You possess extensive experience in contract management or administration, particularly resolving commercial and contractual matters, within a diversified organisation.

* SAP Proficiency: Preferred experience with SAP for both transactional and reporting purposes, ensuring data-driven decision-making and efficient operations.
* Multi-Tasking Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks or projects concurrently, effectively meeting deadlines and ensuring project success.
* Communication Excellence: Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and network effectively at all organisational levels, both horizontally and vertically.
* Knowledge of quality management systems as well as maintenance or asset management processes.
* Team-oriented and customer-focused, committed to achieving shared objectives.
* Highly accountable and results-driven, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
