Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Leisure Programs Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging leisure programs that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our residents.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement therapeutic plans.
* Supporting residents in selecting and participating in leisure activities that enhance their quality of life.
* Providing guidance and support to staff and volunteers in delivering leisure programs.
Key Requirements
* Experience in aged care or a related field, particularly in program development and implementation.
* Possession of Certificate III in Aged Care or a relevant qualification.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
