Change Manager - Compliance & Regulatory
About the Role
In this role, you'll lead and embed enterprise-level regulatory change across our client base with a particular focus on APRA's CPS 230 (Operational Risk Management) and CPS 220 (Risk Management) standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute change management strategies to support CPS 230 and CPS 220 compliance initiatives
2. Manage end-to-end change processes including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training
3. Collaborate with client teams to build change capability within client organisations
4. Identify, manage, and mitigate resistance and change-related risks
About You
You will be successful in this role if you have:
* 5+ years of dedicated Change Management experience in compliance and regulatory projects
* A strong understanding and hands-on experience with APRA Standards
* A background in consulting or professional services highly desirable
