Responsibilities
* Service and maintain ophthalmic equipment and perform diagnostics and repairs as needed.
* Install, calibrate, and configure equipment and systems.
* Provide on-site technical support and preventive maintenance.
* Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
* Document service activities and report findings in a timely manner.
* Travel interstate as required to support customers and field operations.
Qualifications
* Experience in a field service role.
* Background in electronics.
* Strong troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills.
* Valid driver's license.
