About the role
Based at Vantage Logan Village, these roles are responsible for ensuring the presentation and cleanliness of all community grounds and common areas are maintained to our high professional standard, supporting a warm and inviting atmosphere for all Homes Owners.
In this role some of your responsibilities will be:
* Mowing and edge trimming of all lawns including residential site frontages
* Weeding and weed management of all common areas and grounds;
* General planting and garden maintenance including pruning and mulching;
* Watering of all common areas and lawns;
* Basic hedge trimming (below shoulder height) and tree maintenance including general pruning
* Undertake regular cleaning of external building windows, facades and other infrastructure such as bollards, seats, pathways, roads, benches, handrails, and such according to the operational schedule.
Skills and experience
* Previous experience in landscape gardening in a commercial or public environment ideal
* Experience in dealing with end customers in a customer centric manner.
In addition, you will have:
* Current valid 'class c' drivers licence
* Construction Industry White Card (desired)
