**Aftersales Commercial Manager***
**Who We Are Looking For**:
To provide the business link between the AGCO aftersales business and our dealership parts and service departments, providing analytical and business skills, training and strategic planning to enable AGCO to be a supplier of choice and empower our dealerships to grow their business professionalism and financial performance.
**What You Will Do**:
- Ensure coordination with all other AGCO local functions; leveraging growth opportunities & implementing appropriate development strategies in the ANZ market.
- To provide market position feedback to the Aftersales marketing team, and participate in the design and implementation of marketing and strategic plans.
- Develop aftersales offerings by dealer network to achieve customer satisfaction for all AGCO distributed products.
- Facilitate the implementation of annual Dealer Business plans and report on performance
- Organise and conduct structured dealer visits with a focus on achieving the aftersales goals agreed to by all stake holders.
- Report to the aftersales department on information gathered from the marketplace to leverage business & promote profitable growth, limit failures or customer dissatisfaction & overall enhance the company reputation
- Ensure both AGCO aftersales Staff and Dealership parts and service staff are adequately trained in all systems and processes that impact the AGCO aftersales business and follow up on training attendance during structured visits.
- Build strong and productive relationships between the AGCO aftersales team and the dealership parts and service departments.
- Carry out all Business procedures effectively; operate and comply within legislative, ethical and safety requirements, meeting the needs of all stakeholders
- Develop and improve the commercial performance of our dealers by conducting analysis to raise standards, drive efficiencies and improve business systems within the dealerships, Including reporting and monitoring dealer absorption.
- Follow up on PSP completion during structured dealer visits
- All other duties deemed necessary to meet the needs of the role.
**What You Will Bring**:
- Minimum Level of Education Required for Position: Bachelor's Degree - Business or Agricultural related.
- 2 - 5 years related experience
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Willing to travel for business support
- Significant experience in relationship management within an aftersales environment, preferably within agriculture
