About the Role
We're looking for a Brand & Product Manager to drive brand growth and product performance across retail partners and third‐party eCommerce platforms. This dynamic opportunity combines brand strategy, product management, and visual merchandising—ensuring a premium, consistent, conversion‐led experience across both physical and digital channels. You'll own how the brand shows up in‐market, aligning storytelling, product strategy, and commercial outcomes while collaborating across teams to deliver impact.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy (Retail & eCommerce)
* Develop and execute channel‐specific brand strategies.
* Ensure consistent, premium brand representation.
* Optimise campaigns and activations with retail & eCommerce partners.
* Analyse performance and identify growth opportunities.
* Monitor competitor activity and strengthen positioning.
* Own the full product lifecycle—from launch to optimisation.
* Lead go‐to‐market strategies across channels.
* Manage product content, campaign calendars, and launch planning.
* Identify assortment gaps and opportunities.
* Oversee sampling and partner incentive programs.
Visual Merchandising & Brand Experience (Retail)
* Deliver best‐in‐class in‐store and digital brand execution.
* Drive engaging, sales‐focused brand experiences.
* Partner cross‐functionally across marketing, sales, and supply chain.
* Align on execution, reporting, and performance outcomes.
* Manage tools, portals, and stakeholder updates.
About You
You're a strategic, commercially minded marketer who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional brand experiences.
You bring:
* 3–5 years' experience in marketing or brand management.
* Strong experience in brand communications & campaign execution.
* Proven ability to deliver go‐to‐market strategies.
* Experience working with retail partners (highly regarded).
* Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder skills.
* High attention to detail and passion for brand storytelling.
