About the Role:
As Group Finance Support, you'll work closely with the Group Finance Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations. From accounts payable and receivable to payroll, reconciliations, and statutory reporting, you'll play a key role in keeping everything accurate and on track.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage financial transactions and reconciliations in Xero
* Oversee customer invoicing and receipting
* Process supplier payments and resolve queries
* Handle bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
* Payroll processing across multiple entities
* Prepare BAS, GST, and statutory reports
* Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
* Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with external accountants and government bodies
What We're Looking For:
* Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
* Proficiency in Xero and Excel is essential
* Strong understanding of financial and management accounting
* Experience in payroll processing and compliance
* High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
