THE OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Cloud Specialist- Azure, Modern Work to join our Fujifilm IT Services business. Reporting to the Technology Manager, you will lead architecture, design, implementation and management of best practice cloud-based environments. You will act as the subject matter expert in Azure, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure and efficient cloud infrastructure suitable to meet a variety of business needs. You will identify and drive adoption and optimisation of Microsoft 365 solutions to enhance productivity, security and collaborations across our customers cloud only and hybrid work environments. This role is perfect for someone with a strong problem solving and technical background in Azure who is looking to grow their career and aspire to becoming a practice/cloud lead! Please note – we are open to Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne locations. We employ a hybrid work set up – with 3 days in the office and 2 days of flexibility of working from home. Key Responsibilities Lead the deployment and management of Microsoft 365 Tools, enhancing hybrid work environments with Modern Work solutions. Provide training and support to end users to maximise adoption and efficiency Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design documents, and guidelines, accurately representing the integration and serving as a reference for development teams. Mentor colleagues offering guidance and feedback. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and other project documentation. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and other internal and external parties, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the project. Collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively communicating the project, explaining complex technical concepts, addressing concerns or questions related to the architecture, and reviewing and approving technical designs. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform or ARM Monitor and optimize Azure environments including cost, licensing and identity management Skills & Qualifications Extensive experience in IT project delivery or Senior Engineer roles with a focus on the microsoft suite Proven record of delivering complex IT projects successfully, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Suite along with Modern Work solutions Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell Strong understanding of security and compliance in a Modern Work context.
