This role in our Valuations team offers the chance to make a real impact by providing timely, hands‑on support and collaborating closely with colleagues. If you value teamwork, responsiveness, and continuous learning, this is the role for you.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll deliver exceptional support to our clients, resolve enquiries, and ensure a seamless experience. If you're ready to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.


What You Will Be Doing

* Interface with customers to resolve 1st and 2nd tier/escalated service issues
* Investigate, analyse, and track moderately complex customer concerns
* Conduct research and escalated issues to senior staff when necessary
* Create and maintain logs, reports, records, and files
* Make proactive calls to identify and resolve issues requiring attention
* Collaborate with offshore call centres on process or specialised situations
* Perform order fulfilment, including receiving orders, reconciling data, and tracking progress
* Prepare customer billings, answer billing questions, and coordinate resolution with collections or other departments
* Support special projects and other duties as assigned


Job Qualifications

* General knowledge of organisational processes, products, and customer service activities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport
* Basic maths skills
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules and demands
* Capability to understand, respond to, and resolve a wide range of customer issues
