Job Title: Project Administrator

The Australian Packaging Covenant of Australia (APCO) is seeking a highly organized and process-driven individual to join the Australian New Zealand and Pacific Islands Plastics Pact (ANZPAC) Program team as a Project Administrator. This role will provide much-needed support and coordination to the team as they continue to grow the program with a focus on educating industries and consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the administration and internal coordination of the ANZPAC Program.
\
2. Engage with stakeholders and communities in different regions and understand their different needs and circumstances.
\
3. Assist in the development of training and education for the ANZPAC program, including formatting and proofreading documents and ensuring websites are up to date.
\
4. Administer the coordination of meetings including minute taking and organizing pre-meeting information packs.
\
5. Maintain the projects database, monitoring project progress, and ensuring accurate file management.
\
6. Assist with other programs and projects within APCO, providing administrative support as needed.
\
7. Support the learning and development of staff, graduates are encouraged to apply.
\
8. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and communities.
\
9. Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
\
10. Other duties as required.
\
