Foreman – High-End Residential Builder
Location: Eastern Suburbs
Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: Up to $140,000 + super

With a strong portfolio of architecturally designed homes and a reputation for quality craftsmanship, we are expanding and looking for a skilled and motivated Foreman to join our team.
The Role
As Foreman, you will take a hands-on leadership role on-site, managing the day-to-day operations of high-end residential projects from start to finish. You’ll oversee trades, ensure quality control, maintain timelines, and liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, and the project management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities for new builds and renovations
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct quality assurance and ensure work meets design and specification standards
- Act as the main point of contact on-site for clients and consultants
- Maintain site documentation, daily logs, and progress reports
About You
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in high-end residential construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to quality
- Solid understanding of building regulations, codes, and OH&S; standards
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
- Trade background (e.g. Carpentry) highly regarded
- Valid driver’s licence; White Card essential
