**The Client & Role**:
The role will also involve first and second level support to system users with a strong focus of review and follow up of any systems issues raised by users during the training session to allow business to continually evolve, improve and ensure remain compliant. Working closely with the Applications Lead and Subject Matter Experts ensuring clear, concise and high quality end user documentation and training materials and effective delivery of end user training.
**Responsibilities**:
- Application training and training documentation for AlayaCare (Residential), MediMap (Medication Management) and Pixalere (Wound Management) to our clinical end users;
- Training Needs Analysis
- Planning and Design
- Delivery of training sessions
- Evaluation of training sessions
- Build/maintain training material (user guides and digital platform)
- Software upgrade/enhancement testing and documentation based on agreed specifications;
- Review and understand service requests/issues raised during training sessions or via support portal and provide punctual, well thought out resolution
**Required Skills & Specialisms**:
- Extensive experience of systems training, particularly clinical systems.
- Experience and understanding of the Aged Care / Health Care sectors.
- Experience in developing and implementing best practice clinical learning material (developing user documentation, training materials including digital training).
- Be able to deliver presentations to external providers and represent the organisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to bulld and manage relationships at all levels of the business.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Highly developed organisation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as working effectively in a team and contributing positively to team operations and working relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A satisfactory National Criminal Police Record Check (PRC) is required prior to commencement.
- Working With Children Check (VIC) or Registration to work with Vulnerable People (TAS).
- A requirement to have an annual Flu vaccination / Covid.
- Capacity and willingness to travel throughout Victoria and Tasmania as required.
