The Position An excellent opportunity has become available for a Rostering Officer to join a values driven organisation. This is a full-time permanent opportunity. As the successful candidate you will report to the Director and work within a close-knit collaborative environment, you will support with the creation and delivery of rosters for the staff. This opportunity is in the south-eastern suburbs of Gold Coast and has parking available. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to: Rostering and coordinating staff in line with the SCHADS award guidelines; Communicating the roster to staff and managing daily roster changes; Approve and adjust timesheets and rosters within deadlines; Arrange staff replacements; Reporting on hours and schedules as directed by management; Administration support as required for the efficient management of the rosters. Skills and Experience: As the suitable candidate you will have demonstrated experience in a rostering, scheduling and administration. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work in a collaborative environment and foster a positive team culture. In addition, you will demonstrate the ability to: Work in a fast-paced and busy rostering team environment; Ability to work autonomously and as part of a thriving team; Strong sense of ownership; Demonstrate the ability to build strong professional relationships; Effective and adaptive communication skills; Computer literacy in key Microsoft office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
