Territory Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to drive sales and market share in the wireless communication industry.
This role involves managing channel partner relationships, supporting tender submissions, and identifying new business opportunities across government, consultants, and end clients. Regular travel, technical support, and collaboration with internal stakeholders are key components of this position.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage sales activities and channel partnerships across assigned territories
* Support tender submissions and documentation when required
* Provide product updates, training, and technical assistance to partners
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams on forecasting, reporting, and issue resolution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience working in the commercial wireless communication or two-way radio industry
* Understanding of two-way radio communication technologies (DMR, P25, NXDN preferred)
* Experience in sales and customer service, with a strong record of achieving targets and closing deals
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong time management and territory management capabilities
* Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and suppliers
