Job Title: Amazon Account Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for owning the commercial performance, strategic direction, and partner relationships for a portfolio of global brands.
Responsibilities:
* Lead revenue and profit performance across Amazon and marketplaces through data-driven planning, seasonal strategies, NPD launches, and high-impact advertising.
* Build and execute strategic joint business plans that align partner goals with marketplace opportunities.
* Oversee marketplace content excellence — SEO-optimised copy, A+ content, imagery, and brand storytelling.
* Work with our Advertising team to deliver efficient, high-performing advertising campaigns.
* Analyse data from multiple sources to surface insights, identify risks or gaps, and drive continuous optimisation.
* Maintain strong in-stock health through accurate demand planning and close collaboration with clients.
* Act as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, ensuring proactive, clear communication on performance, risks, opportunities, and priorities.
* Build trusted relationships and deliver recommendations that drive long-term success.
* Lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time.
* Identify ways to streamline and automate processes to scale account management operations.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need 2–3 years' experience in ecommerce, Amazon, or digital marketing (Amazon experience highly regarded). You should also possess strong analytical skills, confidence in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, analysis), and exceptional communication and presentation skills.
