The Head Of Department- English And Humanities, Will Include
* Lead the relevant curriculum areas/whole school programs to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Embed socially inclusive practices in daily school life.
* Set high standards for student and staff performance.
* Form partnerships with students, parents, other government agencies, and community groups.
* Manage the human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources of the curriculum areas or whole school program to achieve goals.
