What To Expect
As a Virtual Online Tesla Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering seamless customer service throughout the entire customer journey across all our digital distribution channels. You have a relentless determination to succeed and are driven by Tesla's mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You act as a pioneer for Tesla products, sharing your knowledge and building lasting relationships with our customers via phone, video calls, email, or Tesla Chat.
You will be part of a larger virtual team working closely and flexibly on all tasks. Collaboration and a one-team mentality are essential to achieve our targets.
Please note: This is an office-based role.
What You'll Do
1. Offer excellent customer service throughout the entire customer journey via all digital channels (Phone, Inbound/Outbound, Chat, Web Sales)
2. Engage, excite, and educate prospective customers and current owners through calls, emails, or texts, and outbound events about Tesla’s products and answer questions
3. Contribute to achieving monthly sales and delivery targets by meeting and exceeding KPIs
4. Manage incoming requests through Tesla Chat and utilize the stream function in SMP/WDO
5. Maintain close and tailored communication with customers at all touchpoints
6. Inform and educate customers about Tesla via phone, video calls, email, or chat at every opportunity
7. Support the presentation, sale, delivery, and installation of the Tesla ecosystem
8. Provide high-level customer service throughout sales, delivery, and ownership, including post-sale support
9. Create, maintain, and develop sales and delivery pipelines in line with expectations
10. Keep sales administrative duties up to date, manage outbound activities, and report effectively
11. Conduct virtual consultations via video calls to support the customer journey
12. Educate customers on the purchase and delivery process from initial contact to delivery day
13. Perform additional responsibilities as needed to meet business requirements
14. Support wider business needs with additional duties
