Working closely with the Property and Commercial Facilities Coordinator, this role will provide technical and senior administrative support for the effective management of Council’s property portfolio, delivering positive outcomes. The role offers an opportunity to apply well-developed past experience while also growing and learning in your everyday activities.Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Prepare and review relevant property dealings documentation, including contracts of sale, State Government forms, leases, and licences, as well as the lodgement and registration of such.Prepare correspondence, notices, and reports for a diverse mix of internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, suppliers, Council staff, and community members as required.Engage, liaise and negotiate with a range of internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective relationships and ensuring successful outcomes for Council.To view the Position Description for this role, please clickhere.About YouTo be successful in this role:You will have experience in a property or legal related field.You will have the ability to exercise sound judgement and work effectively under general direction on sensitive or complex matters.You will be comfortable supporting and overseeing property dealings and have well-developed skills preparing and registering associated documents.You will have a high attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.Your organisational and time management skills will allow you to identify and adapt priorities as required.If you feel you can bring value to the role but your skills and experience are slightly different from what’s described, we encourage and appreciate your application.The Selection ProcessWe encourage candidates to advise us of any accommodations they may need to ensure a smooth and inclusive experience throughout our recruitment process and work environment.
