We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a member of this team, you will contribute to the developmental assessment and case management of children and young people with behavioural, emotional, psychiatric or developmental difficulties.
About the Role
This role involves working with the Developmental Assessment and Management Program (DAMP) within the Neurodevelopmental Stream. You will work collaboratively with the team to provide comprehensive care and support to children and their families from a family inclusive approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct developmental assessments and formulate subsequent plans for children and young people.
* Provide case management and therapeutic support to children and their families.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology [Essential]
* Eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia [Essential]
* Clinical paediatric experience with parents and young children presenting with social, emotional, learning and behavioural problems
