This is a role that involves maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our accommodation areas. You will be responsible for ensuring that rooms are clean, tidy, and welcoming for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cleaning guest rooms to a premium standard
* Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, changing linen, making beds, and replenishing amenities in a timely and efficient manner
* Restocking pantries and packing linen as required
* Carrying out special guest requests
You will have interactions with our members and guests, so we are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service and attend to guest needs in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a housekeeping department or a commercial cleaning setting is desirable
* A can-do attitude and a positive approach to work
* Strong attention to detail and solid time management skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Suitable physical fitness
* The availability to work across a 7-day roster during the day
