Contaminated Land Specialist Role
The Contaminated Land Specialist will be working on a variety of projects across different sectors, combining fieldwork and office-based tasks.
* Preliminary and detailed site investigations, sampling, and reporting
* Due diligence assessments to identify potential contamination risks
* Data management, digital report production, and remedial action plan development
* Supervision of subcontractors during remediation work
* Project delivery from procurement to closeout, ensuring compliance with regulations
Requirements:
Experience in contaminated land and/or environmental projects is required. A strong understanding of site investigations, data management, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in soil, soil vapor, surface water, and groundwater sampling is also necessary.
