 
        
        The Role 
This is not a back-office admin role. You will be the engine room of our labour hire operations, managing rosters, quoting jobs, lining up people and being the first point of contact for both clients and crews. 
In this role you will coordinate labour hire placements across mine sites including rosters, travel and accommodation. You will prepare quotes and pricing schedules with support from the BDM, manage timesheets, compliance documents and site inductions, talk daily with supervisors, fitters, boilermakers, electricians and site contacts, solve problems on the fly and make confident decisions, and drive enthusiasm and energy into the team by being the one who makes things move. 
What We’re Looking For 
We don’t want a paper shuffler. We want a bubbly, talkative and proactive operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 
You will be confident on the phone and face to face, not hiding behind emails. You will love asking questions and learning the “why.” You will not shy away from pressure, you will run towards it. You will be organised, sharp with detail and able to juggle multiple moving parts. Experience in labour hire, recruitment or mining operations is a bonus, but not essential if you have the right attitude and drive.
