About You
* Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Experience using Pronto
* Strong Excel and reporting skills
* A passion for creating outstanding customer experiences
* Great communication skills—you build strong relationships at all levels
* Hydraulics or hose and fittings knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
