Project Controls Manager | Defence & Infrastructure
We are looking for two experienced Project Controls Managers to join our team in Adelaide. Each role will manage the project controls function within a smaller team on a critical infrastructure program as part of a nationally significant endeavour.
Responsibilities
* Lead a small team of Project Controls Specialists.
* Provide technical oversight across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting functions.
* Collaborate closely with the Project Lead and client‐side Project Manager for your precinct.
* Integrate precinct‐level project controls data into the broader program‐wide controls system.
* Strengthen project controls capability across the wider team.
Qualifications
* Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain (or currently hold) an Australian Baseline Security Clearance OR be a UK Citizen with current UK clearance.
* Proven experience in a consultancy environment, ideally on defence or major infrastructure projects.
* Strong proficiency with project controls software across cost, schedule, and risk domains.
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high‐quality reports and bid documentation.
* Friendly, approachable, and relationship focused.
* Strong communicators who can clearly present complex data and insights.
