About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Injury Management Advisor to coordinate injury management and return-to-work programs across our Care Communities.
Reporting to the Senior Injury Management Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting injured team members, ensuring compliance, and driving best-practice injury management strategies.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate Injury Management and Return-to-Work programs to achieve safe, timely outcomes.
Engage with stakeholders and provide advice on workers compensation, injury management, and RTW processes.
Drive early intervention for work and non-work-related injuries and illnesses.
Develop, implement, and monitor Return-to-Work plans in consultation with team members, managers, and treating practitioners.
Maintain confidential rehabilitation and RTW files and ensure legislative compliance.
Manage workers compensation claims end-to-end, including processing, payments, and data maintenance in Solv Injury platform.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, insurers, and external rehabilitation providers.
Support strategies to reduce workers compensation premiums and improve workplace injury outcomes.
About You:
2–5 years' experience in injury management within a complex, multi-site organisation
Experience with Solv Injury Management System is preferred
Allied Health or Workers Compensation Insurance background is an advantage
Strong understanding of workers compensation and RTW legislation
Tertiary qualifications in Work Health and Safety or related field (or working towards)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
