Position
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee our daily operations and lead our fabrication facility.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing fabrication processes, driving growth, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the fabrication facility to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.
Growth Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and safety within the organization.
Project Management: Drive project scheduling, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet business goals.
Compliance and Innovation: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while fostering a culture of innovation within the team.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role within the steel and fabrication industry.
