A peak body organisation that boasts a membership made up of 8000 professionals and raises awareness for the health of the public is seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing & Member Engagement Manager.
Your new role
As the Marketing and Member Engagement Manager, you'll oversee relative activities in line with the objectives of the organisations strategic plan. You'll report directly to the General Manager of Marketing & Communications and be responsible for four direct reports - having authority to make decisions within an approved budget.
This role includes:
- Manage and oversee marketing and member engagement campaigns and relative activities, including Awards, Conferences, Membership Renewals and Special Occasion days/weeks
- Develop and deliver a brand and engagement strategy
- Work closely and coordinate effective communications with internal and external stakeholders regarding mutual programs and across company portfolios
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you'll act as an agent for this organisation in a way that protects and enhances their best interests by building strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a relative field
- Ability to develop and deliver and manage marketing and member engagement projects and strategies
- Experience in managing budgets and projects with both internal and external stakeholders, whilst being a mentor and leader to your colleagues
