As part of the HR Transformation team, you'll work at the intersection of business strategy, people operations, and cutting-edge software. What You’ll Do You’ll work with major clients to: Implement and integrate leading HCM and payroll platforms like Workday, Oracle, SAP, and SuccessFactors Support strategic transformation projects that reshape how organisations manage and engage their people Collaborate with alliance partners to deliver smart, scalable cloud solutions Use tech to solve real-world HR challenges—from onboarding to performance to payroll What We Look For You’re a soon-to-be graduate (or recent one) who: Has a degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems Is curious about how tech transforms the workplace Enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and learning new platforms Is an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Is available to start full-time in early July Why Deloitte?
