Your role:
* Oversee and motivate a front-of-house team of up to 9 (approx. 6 on per shift)
* Manage rostering, ordering, and stock control
* Deliver excellent customer service and uphold our café's friendly atmosphere
* Make great coffee (experience with ONA a plus — training provided)
* Work collaboratively with the owners to keep things running smoothly
About you:
* You've had leadership experience in hospitality or a customer service role (fast food, café, or restaurant — all valued)
* Basic barista skills and willingness to learn more
* Organised, positive, and a team player who leads by example
* Ready to step up into management or bring your experience to a café where you can enjoy autonomy and balance
