We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Officer to join our team at our Bargara Road site. This position is Permanent part time 25hr per week.
Responsibilities
As the Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for the organisation, supervision, and delivery of maintenance services across IMPACT's grounds, buildings, and facilities. This includes preventative maintenance, WHS compliance, contractor coordination, and ensuring our site is safe, functional, and presented to a high standard.
Qualifications and capabilities
* Ability to plan work, set priorities, and solve basic problems
* Ability to safely perform physical work
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
* Ability to complete measurements and basic mathematical calculations
* Excellent knowledge of hand and power tools
* Strong understanding of Work Health & Safety requirements
* Good time management and willingness to work outdoors
