About the Role (your why)
The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the successful delivery of contracts and contractual proposals. This role is required to provide support the commercial and sales teams to successfully create and negotiate company customer and vendor contracts.
This is a permanent role that will be based out of our Canberra office and can be either Full-time or Part-time. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!
Please note, you must be an Australian Citizen and be able to achieve to be successful in your application for this role. Baseline will be advantageous.
What you’ll do
At the moment, as Contracts Coordinator you will be focused on:
* Draft, execute, and onboard new placement contracts.
* Register ABN contractors as vendors and maintain required documentation (ABN certificate, PI, PL, and WC insurances).
* Manage timesheets, generate timesheet reports, and handle escalations from consultants and clients.
* Communicate with clients regarding end-of-month timesheet reports, approvals, and invoicing.
* Developing and updating templates for contract documents & proposals in accordance with performance risk analysis and protection of company interest.
* Managing Team published portal and ensuring information is current and accurate.
* Conducting meetings, coordinating with management in reviewing documents and recommending appropriate action to resolve administrative problems resulting from such reviews.
* Assisting with backlog on putting supporting documentation together to support team initiatives.

What you’ll bring
Required experience:
* Experience in contract administration, preferably within recruitment or managed service providers
* Knowledge of industry commercial and contract issues.
* Business and commercial awareness
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage workflows.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and manage workload to effectively.
* Effective presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information across various levels.

* Prior experience working with consultants
