This is a pivotal role supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of complex development transactions across multiple sectors. Role Overview Working closely with the development, acquisitions, and capital transactions teams, you will be responsible for providing commercial and financial analysis to support decision-making across the project lifecycle. This role combines analytical rigor with strategic insight and requires a strong understanding of property development dynamics and institutional capital drivers. Key Responsibilities Feasibility Analysis: Prepare and maintain comprehensive feasibility models and financial forecasts for a range of property development projects. Conduct sensitivity analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessments to inform strategic decision-making. Due Diligence & Transaction Support: Assist in the due diligence process for acquisitions, joint ventures, and new development opportunities. Evaluate market trends and benchmark project costs to support investment decisions and portfolio enhancements. Financial Modelling & Reporting: Develop detailed financial models using Excel and industry-standard software, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Compile and present investment committee documents, board reports, and in-depth market analysis summaries. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams including development, finance, and asset management to streamline project evaluation processes. Liaise with external consultants, investors, and regulatory bodies to ensure that all projects meet compliance standards and investor expectations. Strategic Contribution: Provide insightful analysis and innovative recommendations to improve project delivery, enhance asset performance, and drive long-term growth. Actively contribute to the strategic planning process, ensuring the alignment of development projects with broader fund management objectives.
