Due to growth and acquisitions, we have multiple Claims Officer positions to commence in December. You'll receive comprehensive training in the office (approx. 4 – 5 weeks) and then have the flexibility of working from home 5 days a fortnight.
What's the job?
* You'll be a key point of contact for all claims enquiries in the end-to-end management of a claims portfolio you manage
* You'll provide claims support to our customers primarily via phone and email, but also other channels as required
* You'll liaise with multiple internal support teams and provide reports and updates on metrics and team initiatives
* You'll work to meet the KPI's and quality expectations of the role
* You'll work to keep our business within legislative and operational parameters and ensure a seamless claims process for our customers
What are we looking for?
* We are looking for driven individuals who are passionate about the customer experience, enjoy working within a structured environment and are ready grow their career
* You'll be available to work Monday-Friday on a rotating roster between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (AEST)
* You'll ideally possess previous claims management or financial administration experience
* You'll be passionate about providing a strong customer experience (contact centre experience highly advantageous)
* You'll consistently deliver strong verbally and written communication skills when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
* You'll be a team player and be able to work toward shared goals, managing a delegated workload in addition to ad hoc responsibilities
* You'll have a quick eye and attention for detail, and be able to use that information wisely
