Job Opportunity



The role of Hotel Manager encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, requiring an individual with exceptional leadership skills and operational expertise. As the hotel's most senior manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to guests while maintaining strict adherence to corporate standards.



Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate the implementation of all global goals, projects, policies, and events.
* Facilitate strategic planning for the hotel, focusing on continuous improvement in standards, productivity, and service excellence.
* Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including timely reporting, payment of dues, and access to records as per policy requirements.
* Ensure compliance with legislation affecting the legal status of operations and team members.
* Oversee workplace health and safety, taking responsibility for minimizing risks to employees and other individuals at the hotel.
* Implement Global Hilton Policies and Procedures, developing hotel-specific procedures in alignment with these standards.
* Lead by example, fostering a culture of exceptional guest experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
* Stay informed about evolving hospitality trends and actively participate in the management of Food and Beverage outlets, working closely with the hotel leadership team.



Requirements:

* Previous experience in hotel management, with thorough knowledge of the Australian market, preferably North Queensland.
* Demonstrated positive owner relations.
* A substantial track record of success in hotel operations, showcasing strong commercial outcomes in a competitive environment.
* Ability to launch a successful brand into the market.
* Capability to deliver a high-quality product aligned with brand standards.
